There are several easy ways to order!

There are several ways to pay. I accept PayPal, Google Checkout, Money Order, Check (must clear before shipping), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Credit card numbers can be faxed in with order form or called in 678-621-0354 during our business hours of Monday through Saturday 8:00 AM EST - 4:00 PM EST.
Shipping Rates
Orders of $70 or more in product will ship for free.
Most shipping is through UPS. Dry mix orders under 2lbs may ship via USPS. We only ship to the U.S.A. If you want insurance and/or delivery confirmation on USPS packages, you MUST state this on your order or have the order shipped at your own risk. These packages will incur extra USPS actual charges for the extra services.
Shipping and handling is $9.50 if you order just dry mixes or just brewed coffees and/or syrups. If you order a combination of dry mixes and brewed coffees and/or syrups, there is an additional $6 fee for shipping for a total of $15.50. You will be billed an additional $6.00 if you order both categories and that must be paid before your order will be placed.
Shipping Breakdown
Depending on what you order, you may receive 2 separate shipments for 1 order placed. The estimated shipping time for coffee only or dry mix only orders is 14-18 days after receipt of payment. The estimated shipping time for coffee and dry mix combo orders is 18-22 working days after receipt of payment. This time can increase because of holiday high volume or large orders.
Items from our dry mix supplier include all food mixes, beverage mixes, coffee pods and tea bags.
Items from our coffee supplier include one pots, 4oz, 8oz, 1lb and 5lb bags of coffee and 750ml Stasero drink syrups.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped direct from our 2 suppliers. What this means is that your coffee is roasted and your dry mixes are hand packed and then direct shipped to you. APO coffee and most coffee/dry mix combo orders under 3lbs will be shipped to our dry mix supplier first and then on to you. No order is processed until full payment has been received. Any order cancelled will be assessed a 15% fee. Unless a product is received damaged, there are no refunds. Please note that items with "chips" in them could melt during shipment in the hot months. Also, pasta will sometimes cause condensation in mixes if left in the heat. These items are ordered at your own risk during hot months. If you receive a damaged item/s, you must notify Kat within 5 working days in order to receive a replacement or credit. If a product is damaged in shipment, the box and all packing must be kept so UPS can inspect it if they choose to for the claim. UPS claims can take up to 6 weeks to process.
Allergy
Statement
All of Kat's Coffees & More! products are
created in the same area where nuts, nut flavoring and/or ingredients
containing wheat are stored. Although special care is taken so that
items not containing nuts and/or wheat come in contact with each
other, if you do have an allergy to either of these ingredients,
products ordered are at your own risk.
